NYC Mental Health Offerings for March 2025
Hi Friends,
Let’s be real—a lot is happening in the world right now, and it’s completely natural to feel on edge. That feeling — your body's fight-or-flight response — is its way of keeping you safe, sharpening your senses because danger is near. But here’s the thing: our minds and bodies aren’t built to stay in survival mode forever. If we try, we will eventually start to feel exhausted and overwhelmed, leaving us unable to face the next big thing thrown our way.
That’s why this month, we are focusing on building mental and emotional stamina—strengthening our ability to cope, adapt, and keep moving forward. Tough times may be ahead, but together, we can build the resilience to face them with clarity and courage.
Wishing you all the best,
Veshonte & the IndieSpace Team
