NYC Mental Health Offerings for September
Hi Friends!
While the thermometer may seem like it's unaware, summer is nearing its end. Soon it will actually be seasonally appropriate to have a Pumpkin Spice Latte, (I’m looking at the people who get them when the temperature is still in the mid-90’s). But don’t take your sweaters out of storage yet! While the days are still long, and you are soaking up enough vitamin-d to store for winter, head out to some of the amazing mental health events in the city!
This month we have some free or low-cost classes, events, and workshops. We also have some fantastic shows, festivals, and music performances focused on Mental Health and Wellness.
