IndieSpace partners with Rattlestick Playwrights Theater, HERE, and New Ohio Theatre to provide a low-cost rehearsal space for the indie theater community at the West Village Rehearsal Co-Op.
IndieSpace operates the space six months out of the year. Through an application process, we offer our community the use of the space during our allocated time for no more than $10/hour.

Finding affordable rehearsal space is a huge challenge for most indie theater productions, companies, and individuals. The closure of so many rehearsal studios throughout the pandemic made that resource even more scarce. Our work with the Co-Op supports the New York theater community by providing a new, affordable, high-quality rental space that they can depend on.
