NYC Mental Health Offerings for May

Hi Friends!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month! IndieSpace believes in the importance and power of treating the entire body and mind of an artist. That is why we started our Mental Health Emergency MicroGrant and why we continue to provide education and support to the mental health of members of the Indie Community. Last month I spoke about April showers and the importance of nurturing the ground we stand on. This month, I hope that we all begin to see the payoff of all of our hard work, in the form of flowers, friends, and amazing art.

This month we have some free or low-cost classes, events, and workshops. We also have some fantastic shows, festivals and music performances focused on Mental Health and Wellness.

Wishing you all the best,
Veshonte & the IndieSpace Team
