A member of the IndieSpace community is sharing a closed door office space. It is a co-working space on 44th Street between 8th and 9th Ave, next to Waterwell.

The details of the space:

• light-filled office with south-facing windows

• can fit 4-6 desks, or some combination of a communal table, stuffed chairs etc – the photo attached shows 4 desks that have plenty of space, with two big comfy chairs for guests and conversation.

• shared balcony space (garden courtesy of me and kate loewald of play company)

• shared kitchen

• great shared conference room

• communal table in the middle of the floor to use as spillover space for interns or meetings

• rent is between $1,600 - $2,000 / month + around $325-350 of utilities to cover HVAC, printing, internet, office cleaning

• the address is 321 W. 44th Street, Suite 801

You would be sharing the floor with Hendel Productions, The Play Company, Arian Moayed, Candi Adams, a music producer and an architect!

The producer, Mitch Marois manages the floor, so the ultimate sublease would be negotiated with and handled by him.
